Job summary

Sammons Warehouse Solutions in Dallas seeks a seasoned leader to direct our rental fleet strategy and P&L, ensuring optimal utilization and growth across locations.

You’ll partner with sales and field leaders, leverage data and pricing tools, and build a scalable asset program that supports our ESOP-driven culture and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in rental fleet management or asset-intensive operations.
• Strong analytical skills with data, reporting, and performance metrics to guide decisions.
• Proven success in fleet lifecycle strategy including capital planning, utilization targets, and asset disposition.
• Strong financial acumen with a practical, collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead rental strategy and full P&L performance with focus on fleet utilization, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Own fleet management across locations, including asset allocation, lifecycle planning, capital strategy, and disposition of retired equipment.
