Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Director, Renewables Sales to lead the Renewable Fuels Marketing team and drive the development and execution of renewables sales strategies.

You will maximize profitability through the sale of renewable fuel products, build strategic customer relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and collaborate across supply, logistics, trading, and finance to capitalize on market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of on-the-job industry-related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field required; Master's preferred.
• Strong product marketing and renewables knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Renewable Fuels Marketing and sales teams.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term renewables strategies.
• Collaborate with supply, logistics, operations, trading, regulatory, and finance teams.
• Negotiate and manage renewable fuel sales agreements.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Provide strategic input to senior leadership on market conditions.
• Identify new markets and partnerships to grow renewable fuels business.
• Lead through disruptions and regulatory changes.
