Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation, in Dallas, TX, seeks a Director, Renewables Sales to lead the Renewable Fuels Marketing team and execute sales and marketing strategies for renewable fuel products.

You will maximize profitability, develop strategic customer relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to capitalize on market opportunities aligned with the company7s renewable fuels objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of renewables/energy industry experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field; Master's preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and relationship-building skills.
• Experience negotiating renewable fuel sales agreements and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Renewable Fuels Marketing team and directs sales/marketing strategies.
• Develops and executes short- and long-term renewable fuels sales plans to meet volume, revenue and margin targets.
• Collaborates with supply, logistics, operations, trading, regulatory, and finance teams to optimize sales and distribution.
• Develops and mentors marketing personnel and sustains a high-performance culture.
• Maintains relationships with customers, partners, refiners, distributors and industry participants.
• Negotiates and manages renewable fuel sales agreements to maximize value while managing risk.
• Monitors regulations, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Pursues new markets, segments, and partnerships to grow renewable fuels business.
• Prepares budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics; communicates findings to senior leadership.
