Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting or partnerships in life sciences, real-world evidence, HEOR, medical affairs, or related fields.
• Proven ability to educate on or position data-driven RWE solutions to Pharma/biotech partners.
• Track record of achieving revenue targets and managing enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with oncology research and RWE in evidence generation.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts, identifying and securing partnerships with Pharma, biotech, and life sciences.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Tempus RWE solutions across Medical Affairs, HEOR, Epidemiology, Commercial and RWE teams.
• Partner with clients to translate scientific and commercial objectives into high-value Tempus study proposals and data solutions.
• Scope protocols, methodological approaches, and analytic deliverables with scientific leads.
• Present Tempus capabilities and strategic recommendations to pharma epidemiologists and HEOR leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape new data assets and offerings based on market demand.
• Provide market intelligence on trends in RWE, oncology, and evidence generation; assist forecasting and pipeline visibility.
