Tempus is seeking a Director of Outcomes Research Data Specialist to expand external partnerships and drive commercial growth of RWE solutions. The role requires 5+ years in life sciences partnerships, proven revenue achievement, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting or partnership experience in life sciences, real-world evidence, HEOR, medical affairs, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to educate or position data-driven solutions, RWE offerings, or analytics-based services to Pharma/biotech partners.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing complex enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with oncology research, oncology clinical trials, and use of RWE in evidence generation.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts for the Outcomes Research team by identifying and securing partnerships with Pharma, biotech, and life science organizations.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Tempus' real-world data and analytic solutions across Medical Affairs, HEOR, Epidemiology, Commercial and RWE teams.
• Collaborate with clients to translate scientific and commercial objectives into high-value study proposals and data solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to shape new data assets, analytic features, and offerings based on market demand.
• Present capabilities and insights to Pharma epidemiologists, HEOR leaders, and medical liaisons through formal presentations and working sessions.
