Ladders is seeking a Director, Client Service to lead research design and client delivery for media effectiveness work, partnering with internal teams and senior stakeholders to translate client objectives into measurement frameworks.

The ideal candidate will bring deep market research and insights expertise, translating quantitative findings into actionable recommendations that drive campaign learning and account growth. This is a remote US-based role with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in market research or insights, with a focus on research design and client delivery.
• Strong quantitative research skills, including survey design and analysis.
• Experience in media effectiveness measurement, such as brand lift and audience insights.
• Proven ability to simplify complex data for senior stakeholders.
• Strong client leadership and relationship management skills.
• Experience mentoring teams to enhance research and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, particularly for senior audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, social sciences, or analytics.
