Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Analytics to lead enterprise analytics engagements and guide measurement strategies for client projects. This role blends hands-on delivery leadership with strategic consulting and team development, collaborating with clients and internal teams to translate analytics work into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• 8+ years in agency or client-facing consulting roles, ideally in a senior position.
• Proven ability to build trust with client stakeholders and shape high-level strategies.
• Experience in leading project teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong understanding of analytics implementation, tagging, and data governance best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-stakes presentations.
• Experience in defining technical design and documentation for analytics implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on analytics and data-driven decisions
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for engagement
• Represent the analytics practice in critical client conversations and negotiations
• Lead measurement strategy workshops to establish KPIs and analytics approaches
• Guide project teams through technical deliveries and ensure quality of insights
• Oversee analytics implementation and tagging strategies for clean data capture
• Mentor direct reports on both technical and consulting skills while contributing to business development
