Job summary

Weights & Biases, now part of CoreWeave, seeks an Engineering Manager for the Enterprise team in the SF Bay Area. You will lead a team of engineers responsible for Weave’s availability, readiness, and compliance for enterprise customers, while partnering with leadership and sales to align customer needs with the roadmap.

• Strong ownership, delivery, and operational health focus across production services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack and infrastructure engineers for Weave’s Enterprise customers.
• Own technical direction, delivery, and health of the team’s systems and deployments.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to align customer needs with product and roadmap.
• Drive roadmap, execution, hiring, and foster an excellence culture.
