Job summary

Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Refugee and Immigrant Children Program Director to guide program operations across multiple locations. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain trauma-informed care aligned with the Sanctuary model.

Strong collaboration with leadership and community partners is essential. You’ll oversee budgeting, reporting, and program development while supporting staff growth and maintaining high standards of care for vulnerable youth in line

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Guidance & Counseling or related field with at least five years of program administration experience in a child welfare agency.
• Master's degree in a relevant field with at least two years of program administration experience in a child welfare agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop program staff across multiple locations to ensure high-quality services.
• Ensure compliance with agency, state, federal, and licensing standards.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and objective setting with the Branch Director.
• Maintain trauma-informed care practices and orientation aligned with the Sanctuary model of care.
• Coordinate policy development and alignment with COA, DHHS, ORS, and other regulations.
• Engage with referral sources and community partners to strengthen services.
