Job summary

Winnebago Comprehensive Healthcare System seeks a Recovery Program Director to lead an outpatient substance abuse treatment center and the Chee-Woy-Na-Zhee Halfway House. You will oversee finances, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory reporting compliance.

The role focuses on enhancing clinical supervision, promoting staff competencies, and delivering outpatient and outreach counseling services to youth and adults within the community.

Qualifications

• Must possess LDAC certification and at least five years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Must pass a drug test and a background check.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and develop solutions with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records and submit reports to state and federal agencies.
• Supervise staff through hiring, appraisals, and meetings; conduct exit interviews.
• Plan and justify annual budget; monitor expenditures with computer software.
• Coordinate with agencies to improve and expand program services; ensure 42 CFR compliance.
• Provide clinical supervision and ensure quality assurance of counseling services.
