Valley Cities seeks a Director of Recovery Place Seattle to oversee inpatient/substance use programs at Recovery Place Seattle- Beacon Hill, reporting to the Chief of Inpatient/Residential Services. You will supervise daily utilization management, guide clinical program development, and mentor staff across a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with licensure as SUDP.
• Progressive responsibility in administration, operations management, and HR.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in mental health and/or substance use.
• Experience with regulatory bodies and accreditations (Joint Commission) desirable.
• Strong written communications; grant writing desirable but not required.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement programs to support service needs while ensuring clinical quality.
• Lead clinicians and managers overseeing case management, crisis and transition programs.
• Oversee budgeting, finance reporting, and profitability of sites.
• Manage vendor contracts and information systems to support the mission.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; ensure workload balance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, Joint Commission, and quality standards.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in human services related field or equivalent experience

WA State Licensure as a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP)
