Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, operations, or related field.
• Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus (Series 99, 7).
• Significant experience leading reconciliation/operations control in financial services.
• Advanced Excel and reconciliation tooling experience (IntelliMatch is a plus).

Responsabilités

• Direct daily reconciliation and operations control activities across clients, accounts, products, and processes.
• Establish ownership, review standards, and escalation thresholds for reconciliations and exceptions.
• Oversee control reporting, MIS, and remediation progress with timely updates.
• Escalate material breaks and control failures with corrective actions.
• Lead root-cause analysis and strengthen preventive controls; verify remediation effectiveness.
• Maintain audit-ready evidence, SOPs, control inventories, issue logs, and process docs.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Manage capacity, coverage, and contingency plans for volume changes and deadlines.
• Hire, coach, and develop managers; set performance expectations and accountability culture.
• Own KPIs and governance reporting to senior leaders and clients.
• Partner on incidents, change management, automation, and testing.
• Provide oversight during onboarding, transitions, migrations, and knowledge transfer.
