Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a Director of Trade Relations Rebate Economics to lead strategies for optimizing rebate management, data analysis, and financial reporting across services.

This role collaborates across business units to improve rebate forecasting, client guarantees, and performance metrics. The position requires extensive leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record in data-driven decision making within a PBM or healthcare services context.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent; plus 10 years’ related experience; 8 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office Suite; analytical capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leads rebate performance reporting across lines of business to executive leadership.
• Develops a trade performance dashboard with financial, operational, and quality metrics.
• Leads development and improvement of KPIs for rebate vendor quality and timeliness.
• Establishes databases for rebate performance analysis.
• Analyzes large data sets to identify opportunities and tracks results.
• Oversees cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
