Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights to lead the RWD/RWE strategy within the Content Operations team. This remote, UK-based role guides defensible real-world evidence and data standards while hands-on directing a small team of RWD specialists.

You will collaborate with Technology, Product, and Data Science to define and deliver AI-driven data solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep clinical data expertise with leadership in RWD study design and end-to-end analytics,

Qualifications

• 5+ years' hands-on experience in RWD study design and statistical ownership.
• Fluency in US real-world data sources and their limits.
• MD or equivalent medical qualification is highly desirable.
• Impeccable or native English communication, with global teams experience.

Responsibilities

• Align with VP, Content Strategy on team direction and priorities.
• Directly manage and develop two RWD specialists.
• Oversee ingestion, transformation, and standardisation of claims, EHR, and registry data.
• Translate clinical knowledge into precise, buildable specifications for data science teams.
• Ensure AI-ready and agent-ready outputs across content products and AI solutions.
