Norstella is seeking a Director, Analytics & Insights (Clinical RWD/RWE) fully remote in the United States to lead strategic analytics across content operations.

You will mentor two RWD specialists, translate clinical data into actionable insights, and partner with Product, Data Science, and Technology to deliver AI-ready RWE solutions.

Strong leadership and deep expertise in real-world data are essential to drive impactful decisions for biopharma clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in RWD study design and statistical ownership.
• Strong clinical expertise to interpret healthcare data.
• Proficiency with SQL/Python/R/SAS for data analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into clinical, actionable insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in biopharma context.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive RWD/RWE strategy across content and AI initiatives.
• Direct a small team of RWD specialists to deliver analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Technology to align on roadmaps.
• Ensure outputs are clinically sound and defensible.
