Job summary

Travelers seeks a Director to lead a data engineering team delivering enterprise data and analytics capabilities in an agile environment. You will guide day‑to‑day work, maintain a ready backlog, and partner with business leaders to build real‑time analytic products across the enterprise.

You will translate strategy into executable work, set objectives and KPIs, and ensure end‑user feedback shapes product acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of Agile product management experience.
• At least 3 years of translating business strategy into product vision.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship for visa required.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and maintain a ready backlog for a cross‑functional Agile product team.
• Manage backlog of deliverables, run test-and-learn cycles, measure performance, adjust roadmap.
