Qualifications

• Six years of experience in an agile/execution leadership role.
• Three years of people leadership/management experience.
• Six years of experience with Data & Analytics application development (ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing and Reporting).
• Strong business acumen and a deep strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple agile teams toward common business outcomes within a specific business segment.
• Align Circle/Team of Teams vision with strategy and roadmaps across circles and value streams.
• Prioritize backlogs and manage interdependencies to achieve defined outcomes.
• Make trade-off decisions balancing quality, cost and timelines to maximize value.
• Identify innovative solutions and benchmark against industry.
• Grow agile maturity and coach teams to higher performance.
