Qualifications

• Three years of work experience in related field required.
• Three years of experience motivating/influencing teams required.
• Two years of experience in Agile product management preferred.
• Two years of work experience within the discipline being supported preferred.
• Agile mindset and values.
• Product mindset aligned with circle/value stream objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and ensure a ready backlog of work for a cross-functional product team.
• Effectively manage a backlog of deliverables and experimentation.
• Translate business strategies into execution-ready work for an Agile product team.
• Act as voice of the end-user and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Own team backlog and make trade-off decisions to maximize value.
• Set KPIs to optimize value and monitor performance.
• Inform business readiness and manage adoption and change impact.
• Provide feedback and remove roadblocks; drive continuous improvement.
