  • Act as the voice of the end‑user, gathering feedback to ensure products meet defined acceptance criteria.
  • Own backlog refinement, make trade‑off decisions, and maximize value.
  • Inform and participate in business readiness, managing adoption and mitigating resistance.
  • Provide feedback on work‑in‑progress, clarify requirements, and remove roadblocks or impediments.
  • Seek opportunities for continuous team and process improvement.
  • Partner with key leaders and peers to determine resource needs and align with value stream vision.
  • Share best practices across teams to maintain consistency in ways of working.
  • Foster an innovative, inclusive, and diverse team environment that encourages self‑organization.
  • Manage Team Leads as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

  • At least 3 years of experience articulating and translating business strategy, product vision, and analysis for a product.
  • Agile mindset: embody Agile core values and infuse Agile principles, practices, and methodologies into team success.
  • Product mindset: define a product value proposition that aligns with and supports the circle/value stream objectives.
