Job summary

Travelers is seeking an Agile Product Owner to lead a Data & Analytics team, guiding multiple squads toward defined outcomes. You will partner with circle leadership to implement a D&A strategy across the enterprise and ensure customer needs drive the transformation.

You will influence and guide colleagues to align with long-term strategy, collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Billing platforms. Expect a data-driven, change-friendly environment with a focus on adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Two years of experience in Agile product management.
• Two years of experience with Data & Analytics application development (ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing and Reporting).
• Agile Mindset: openness, courage, respect, focus, commitment.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and ensure a ready backlog of work for a smaller scale product team, focusing on defined outcomes.
• Manage backlog of deliverables and test/learn experiments to refine future deliverables.
• Articulate goals and strategy to stakeholders and team members.
• Act as voice of the end-user; incorporate feedback to meet acceptance criteria.
• Own team backlog and make trade-off decisions to maximize value.
• Set KPIs to measure value and guide delivery.
