Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Information Systems, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Real Estate, Accounting, Information Systems, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise oversight of lease administration and lease accounting.
• Develop, implement, and manage tools, systems, and procedures for real estate data and portfolio tracking.
• Lead real estate data and information management across owned and leased properties.
• Partner with internal leaders and external vendors for lease administration services.
• Govern real estate data accuracy, interfaces, deployment, and improvement.
• Oversee real estate data projects supporting acquisitions and enterprise planning.
• Produce portfolio metrics, dashboards, and key dates to support decisions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare real estate regulatory requirements.
• Use data-driven insights to support portfolio strategies including lease-versus-own.
• Serve as cross-functional liaison with planning, construction, operations, and leadership.
• Apply financial, technical, and real estate expertise to deliver enterprise solutions.
