This role involves managing lease abstraction and compliance, performing rent calculations, and maintaining lease files. Qualifications

• Must have commercial real estate experience supporting lease administration and CAM reconciliations.
• Ability to interpret lease language, financial obligations, amendments, estoppels, and related legal documents.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional with the ability to manage deadlines and high-volume priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease abstraction, compliance, critical date tracking, and ongoing enforcement of lease terms.
• Perform rent-related calculations including escalations, CPI adjustments, and late fees.
• Maintain accurate master lease files, tenant correspondence, and insurance documentation.
• Serve as a liaison across accounting, leasing, asset management, and property management.
