Job summary

Healthcare Realty's Real Estate Finance - Director leads financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analytics for the company's real estate holdings in Nashville. This hands-on leadership role partners with Asset Management, Accounting and Corporate Finance to drive portfolio performance.

The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in CRE finance, strong budgeting/forecasting and advanced modeling, with MRI/Power BI/Excel experience.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of CRE finance, property accounting, or real estate operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and dashboarding skills.
• Experience with MRI or similar real estate software.
• Ability to develop reporting packages, KPIs, and analytics.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly, monthly and quarterly financial and operational reporting.
• Develop and track portfolio KPIs; analyze NOI, occupancy, leasing trends.
• Prepare recurring portfolio analyses for senior finance leadership.
• Collaborate with Asset Management and Accounting to identify trends and opportunities.
• Enhance reporting capabilities and implement process improvements.
