Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a senior real estate leader to oversee enterprise lease administration and accounting, and to drive data-driven management of healthcare real estate across owned and leased assets.

You will partner with leaders and vendors to optimize reporting, data integrity, and portfolio decisions, including acquisitions and strategic planning, while ensuring compliance with healthcare real estate regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field as listed.
Experience building/ managing real estate databases and interfaces.
Strong negotiation experience and healthcare real estate knowledge.

Responsibilities

Provide enterprise oversight of lease administration and lease accounting.
Develop tools and procedures for real estate data and portfolio tracking.
Lead real estate data management across owned and leased properties.
Oversee lease administration with internal leaders and external vendors.
Govern real estate data accuracy, integrity, and interfaces.
Manage data projects supporting acquisitions and strategic planning.
Produce portfolio metrics, dashboards, and key dates for decisions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare real estate regulatory requirements.
Use data-driven insights for lease-versus-own and negotiations.
Serve as liaison with planning, construction, property management, and leadership.
Apply financial, technical, and real estate expertise to enterprise solutions.
Build relationships across healthcare and real estate industries.
