PDI - Brand is seeking a Director to lead R&D digital enablement, AI, and data capabilities, partnering with Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Operations to deliver interoperable, compliant solutions that accelerate product development.

This role drives governance, change management, and documentation standards, embedding AI-enabled tools into workflows while ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance across laboratories and sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in R&D, quality systems, digital enablement, or operational excellence.
• 5+ years of leadership in complex, regulated product development organizations.
• Hands-on experience in regulated quality systems, including change management, CAPA, nonconformance investigations, and document control.

Responsabilités

• Own the R&D digital enablement roadmap, deploying tools, platforms, templates, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Identify, prioritize, and scale high-value AI and analytics use cases to shorten development timelines and improve decisions.
• Embed intuitive, scalable tools in standard R&D workflows and partner with IT and external vendors for development and optimization.
• Provide executive sponsorship and program-level oversight for laboratory EHS and chemical compliance programs.
