Job summary

Philips in Plymouth, MN seeks a Sr. Data Governance & Quality Systems Lead to establish readiness, governance, and quality for AI and data platforms across programs worldwide.

You will partner with legal, privacy, security, and procurement to define use, residency, and cross-border controls, enabling compliant reuse for software and AI. You will drive governance, de-identification, metadata, lineage, and quality checks, and coordinate audit readiness and continuous improvement for regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading data governance and QMS in regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required or 9+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• HITRUST de-identification training or certifications are a plus.
• Experience with AI/ML data governance required; risk management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve data governance and QMS framework for software, AI, hardware, and experimental data.
• Lead governance workstreams with clinical, legal, privacy, and procurement teams.
• Define data rights, residency, cross-border constraints, and release approvals.
• Ensure audit readiness and documented evidence for inspections.
