Job summary

Bio‑Rad is seeking a Senior Director of Program Management to lead the New Product Development PMO within the Clinical Diagnostics Group. You will shape how we deliver innovation at scale and partner with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Quality to move programs from concept through commercialization.

You will build and empower global teams, establish governance with KPIs, and drive adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve portfolio visibility and decision-making across a regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs in biotech or similar.
• Experience building and transforming global PMOs.
• Proven ability to use data and AI to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a global program management organization for NPD.
• Drive execution of a diverse portfolio aligning to priorities, timelines, and quality.
• Partner with R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, and Quality to bring products from concept to launch.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and risk management for visibility.
• Advance PMO maturity through AI-enabled workflows.
