Job summary
PDI in New Jersey seeks a Director to build digital, data, and AI capabilities that accelerate R&D while maintaining rigor, compliance, and quality. This executive role partners with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Operations to deliver interoperable, compliant tools that improve efficiency, decision quality, and speed.

Qualifications
- Record of building and implementing digital systems that improve operations.
- Experience applying AI or advanced analytics in development workflows.
- Familiarity with regulatory pathways and quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the R&D digital enablement roadmap and deploy tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Identify and scale high-value AI use cases to shorten timelines and reduce manual effort.
- Embed tools in standard workflows and partner with IT and vendors for optimization.
- Ensure quality, regulatory, and data governance are built into systems with audit readiness.
- Lead training, adoption, and capability building across R&D and Core Enablement.
