Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret complex datasets and enforce data quality controls.
• Experience with financial data including security, company, portfolio, and index-level information, plus pricing across equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks and automation tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical, investment, operational, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a transparent operations framework across QRI to drive quality, control, and continuous improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with research, technology, compliance, product, vendors, and internal clients.
• Drive prioritization and automate processes to reduce operational risk and increase efficiency.
• Develop understanding of the quantitative investment process, including data inputs, validation, and index methodology research.
• Maintain workflow documentation and desktop procedures to ensure consistency.
• Respond to evolving priorities while balancing risk, quality, and timelines.
