Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance/Quality Control leader to document, implement, and sustain the QMS across our modular assembly and manufacturing facility.

Reporting to the VP of QA/QC, you will drive APQP, lead a team of quality engineers, conduct audits, manage CAPA processes, and coordinate with suppliers and third-party labs to ensure ISO9001, ISO27001, and UL standards are met.

Qualifications

• Graduate engineer in systems, industrial, or manufacturing disciplines.
• Minimum 16+ years manufacturing experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• QA/QC leadership experience across multiple disciplines.
• Experience leading, auditing and overseeing QMS integration.
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, APQP, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication and problem solving; team player.
• Ability to read, interpret and review drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Document, manage, implement, monitor, and improve the QMS.
• Lead quality engineers and QC personnel to drive upstream quality.
• Coordinate 3rd party labs and audits; drive CAPA actions.
• Review engineering deliverables and ensure comments addressed.
• Participate in ORM meetings and assess project performance.
• Establish policies and work instructions aligned with standards.
