Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC activities on a project site, reporting to the VP of QA/QC. The role focuses on implementing the 3-Phase Quality Control process, coordinating with design and testing agencies, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Ideal candidates possess a related degree and extensive construction QA/QC experience, familiarity with EM 385-1-1, and the ability to obtain a Top-Secret/SCI clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in a related field; 10+ years' experience in project supervision/quality control or 15+ years with HS diploma.
• EM 385-1-1 familiarity; hazard identification and safety compliance experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and document Quality Management System activities on the project site.
• Manage control of documents, records, nonconforming installation, CAPA, and punch lists.
• Review engineering deliverables and coordinate with 3rd party peer design and testing agencies.
• Participate in ORM meetings and assist in evaluating project performance under QA/QC.
