Elevance Health is seeking a Business Change Director- Quality (Stars/HEDIS) to drive opportunity identification, validate use-cases, and realize value across Star/HEDIS initiatives. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, coordinate cross-functional pods, manage PLM and governance, and define value metrics.

The role interfaces with Stars/HEDIS stakeholders and may specialize in organization effectiveness.

Formación

• BA/BS in a related field and at least 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as an account manager and interface with Stars/HEDIS stakeholders.
• May specialize in one area of organization effectiveness (planning, project portfolio, or culture/change) or support a business unit in line with corporate strategy.
• Identify potential issues, changes, and scope data.
• Lead efforts to identify best practices.
• Identify impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
• Design processes and systems that support business needs and integrate functions.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses.
• Build support for business change across the unit.
• Provide coaching on process, project, and change management methodologies.
• Lead project prioritization and scheduling activities.
• Offer expertise in culture/change management and portfolio management.
• Support execution of operating plan.
