Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Business Change Director - Quality (Stars/HEDIS) to bridge business needs and technical teams, coordinating cross-functional pods and governance. You will translate requirements, manage PLM, and ensure value metrics are defined, verified, and reported.

Role emphasizes stakeholder account management, prioritization, and change management coaching across initiatives. Hybrid, in-office 3 days/week with multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives.
• Experience with Star/HEDIS efforts strongly preferred.
• Ability to drive clarity, accountability, documentation and alignment across complex business and technical environments.
• Masters degree and Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an account manager and interface with Stars/HEDIS stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional pods and governance routines.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for technical teams.
• Lead project prioritization and scheduling activities.
• Provide change management coaching and consulting support across initiatives.
