Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial accounting experience in retail, manufacturing, or consumer products.
• Experience leading large-scale PTP or AP operations in a global, fast-paced environment.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America Procure-to-Pay operations, including invoice processing and AP month-end close.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Tech to drive transformation and scalable controls.
• Build and mentor a globally distributed AP team.
• Own AP month-end close activities with accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Manage vendor terms and working capital strategies.
