Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a PTP Director to lead North America Procure-to-Pay operations, spanning invoice processing, payments, vendor support, and AP month-end close. You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Technology to drive transformation initiatives, establish scalable controls, and steer a high-performing, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial accounting experience with retail, manufacturing, or consumer products.
• Proven experience leading large-scale PTP or AP operations in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance requirements, and financial systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process transformation, automation, and operational efficiency at scale.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote and cross-functional teams across geographies.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America Procure-to-Pay operations, including invoice processing, payments, vendor support, and AP month-end close.
• Build and scale a globally distributed AP team aligned with Fanatics’ values and high-performance culture.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Technology to drive transformation, automation, and controls.
• Establish SLAs and KPIs, optimize working capital and vendor terms, and ensure timely financial close.
• Drive AI-enabled insights and automation to improve efficiency and outcomes across PTP operations.
