Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation seeks an Accounts Payable (PTP) Manager to lead our procure-to-pay operations at the Milwaukee HQ. You’ll drive end-to-end AP, T&E, and master data processes, coach a team of AP Specialists, and partner with Procurement, Treasury, IT, and business units to scale automation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 6–8+ years in AP/PO-Pay with leadership experience. JD Edwards experience and a track record of process improvements are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 6–8+ years of AP/Procure-to-Pay experience with leadership.
• Experience driving process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end AP and T&E operations and strategy.
• Leads AP team and provides coaching and development.
• Ensures compliance with policies and internal controls.
