Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Provider Network Performance to join a leader in Hospitals & Medical Centers. The role focuses on evaluating provider network economics, contract performance, and unit-cost trends to drive financial outcomes across the organization.

You will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop analytic tools, support contract modeling, and translate complex reimbursement dynamics into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in contracting, healthcare reimbursement, or provider contract modeling
• Strong understanding of health care delivery systems
• Familiarity with SQL, SAS/SPSS, Office Suite, and Visio preferred
• Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial impact assessment

• Oversee development of project applications and assess the financial impact of contract negotiations
• Develop analytic tools to monitor and evaluate financial changes in unit costs
• Provide analytic support for network performance and contract modeling
• Plan and manage project deliverables, goals, and milestones

• Lead provider profiling and support functions for health plans and stakeholders

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Provider Network Performance to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will focus on evaluating provider network economics, contract performance, and unit-cost trends to help improve financial outcomes across the organization. You will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop analytic tools, support contract modeling, and translate complex reimbursement dynamics into actionable insights. The position also plays a key role in monitoring network performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and strengthening reporting and decision-making across health plan operations. Location: Remote. Compensation: $107,700 – $199,300 annually
