Job summary

Interwell Health seeks a Director of Provider Enablement in Houston to lead Customer Support, Training, and Enablement operations. This role focuses on onboarding, education, and scalable programs that drive measurable outcomes for provider customers using Interwell Acumen.

You will partner with Product, Implementations, and Account Management to translate feedback into scalable improvements, align metrics with business goals, and scale enablement across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in healthcare technology and Epic experience preferred.
• Proven leadership of customer success or enablement teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Provider Enablement strategy and operations to deliver support, training, and communications across the customer lifecycle.
• Set operational goals, priorities, service standards, and success metrics aligned to outcomes.
• Establish consistent operating rhythms, accountability, and reporting across support, learning, release readiness, knowledge management, and adoption activities.
• Drive improvements to increase team effectiveness, customer experience, scalability, and operational discipline.
• Champion the strategic use of generative AI to improve efficiency and learning programs.
• Own customer enablement outcomes, including NPS, SLA performance, training effectiveness, feature adoption, and self-service utilization.
• Partner with Implementations to onboard new customers and enable effective use of Interwell Acumen.
• Develop programs to improve adoption of workflows and best practices across the base.
• Monitor customer health indicators and adoption trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Establish Voice of Customer programs and translate insights into product and process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Product, Epic Applications, Implementations, Account Management, Marketing.
