Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Director of Provider Digital to lead the roadmap and delivery priorities for provider-facing digital platforms.

You will partner with senior leaders across business, technology, operations, marketing and analytics to drive digital transformation and measurable outcomes. You will oversee product management, UX, digital engagement, and provider-channel marketing, reporting to the AVP, Product Management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital product management, digital experience, or digital engagement
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams on enterprise-scale digital initiatives
• Proven ability to develop and execute digital strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across business, technology, operations, marketing, and analytics
• Strong use of data and insights to improve digital experiences and adoption

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap and delivery priorities for provider-facing digital platforms
• Partner with business, operations, technology, marketing, and provider-facing teams to align priorities
• Define requirements, manage priorities, and guide digital product delivery
• Monitor platform performance, provider satisfaction, adoption, and operational metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve provider experiences and digital self-service
• Support investment planning, delivery oversight, and continuous platform improvement
