Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Director of Provider Compensation & Contracts to oversee the development, assessment, and administration of provider compensation models and physician contracts. You will lead the provider compensation and contracts department and collaborate with executive leadership on existing and future programs.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare finance, and expertise in compensation,

Qualifications

Master's degree with a bachelor's in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of prior leadership experience in healthcare finance.
Experience in provider compensation, contracts, physician relations, and provider recruiting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Directs provider compensation and contracts department functions.
Guides Finance Team and IHA leadership.
Coordinates with VP-Provider Compensation and Contracts and executive leadership on programs.
Designs, develops and implements new compensation programs.
Oversees physician workforce growth requests.
