Job summary

Trinity Health MI is seeking a Director-Provider Compensation and Contracts to lead the development, assessment and administration of provider compensation models and physician contracts. You will design plans for primary care, specialty and surgery and ensure clear documentation for accurate administration.

The role requires coordinating with senior leaders, directing staff, and guiding compensation strategy across the IHA network while ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in provider compensation or related finance function.
• Proficiency with payroll and accounting systems; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs provider compensation and contracts department functions and leads program design.
• Oversees compensation programs, including merger/acquisition activity and documentation.
• Maintains timely, accurate reporting of physician compensation and related analytics.
• Communicates with IHA leadership and providers regarding compensation results.
