Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Director – Provider Compensation & Contracts to lead the development, assessment and administration of all provider compensation models and physician contracts. You will guide the Finance Team and work with executive leadership to shape current and future programs.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree with a strong background in accounting or finance and at least 5 years of senior leadership experience in provider compensation and contracts

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare salary/contract environment.
• Hands-on experience with provider compensation, contracts and physician relations.

Responsibilities

• Directs provider compensation and contracts department functions.
• Provides guidance and direction for Finance Team and IHA leadership.
• Coordinates with VP-Provider Compensation and Contracts and executive leadership on current and future programs.
• Designs, develops and implements new compensation programs.
• Oversees physician workforce growth requests.
