Skyline Displays of Orange County is seeking a Director of Strategic Proposals & RFP Management in Minnesota. You will lead the development of compelling, customer-focused proposals that showcase Skyline's value and capabilities while ensuring compliance with requirements.

Collaborating with Growth, Marketing, Design, Operations, Finance and executives, you will drive strategy, content development, pricing coordination and timely submissions, tracking performance and continuously improving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in proposal management or related fields.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex RFP/RFQ processes.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal and RFP responses.
• Develop strategies aligned to customer objectives and Skyline strengths.
• Manage schedules, reviews, approvals, and submissions.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance across proposals.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Design, Finance and executives.
