For our client, we are seeking a Director, Proposal Management to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This leader will shape and elevate the proposal function in support of enterprise growth objectives across complex aerospace and defense pursuits. The role will oversee high-value proposal efforts, strengthen review and governance practices, and partner closely with capture and executive leadership to translate strategy into persuasive, winning submissions. In this position, you will also build scalable processes, tools, and teams that improve quality, consistency, and proposal performance.

Location: Louisville, CO - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $214,902 - $295,489 annually
