Job summary

Tishman Speyer in New York seeks a Director of Property Operations and Corporate Services Procurement to lead company-wide sourcing, reporting to the Sr Director of Indirect Procurement, and drive bottom-line savings across the U.S. and globally.

Responsibilities include developing procurement capability, negotiating contracts, managing RFPs, and establishing KPIs while ensuring ethical, compliant procurement practices across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of procurement, vendor management, or facilities management experience.
• Proven track record negotiating complex service agreements.
• Experience developing and managing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across levels.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and vendor scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement capability within Property Operations and Corporate functions across the U.S. and globally.
• Negotiate and execute contracts and purchase orders to support business needs.
• Manage RFPs, bids, award and contracting processes in property operations.
• Establish KPIs for procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Promote compliant sourcing and drive process improvements.
• Report periodically to Tishman Speyer management with insights and savings.
