LogicSource in New York City is seeking a Director, Indirect Procurement - Facilities to lead category strategy, negotiations, and COE-driven value for client engagements. The role oversees facilities spend, drives savings, and ensures governance across sourcing cycles.

The successful candidate will own strategy, manage stakeholder relationships, and guide a high-performing COE while delivering measurable impact and operational excellence for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement consulting.
• Proven experience owning category strategy and delivering results in client-facing settings.
• Strong stakeholder influence, diplomacy, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic category leader and advisor for assigned client and category.
• Own development and management of category strategies, spend diagnostics, and risk considerations.
• Lead annual and multi-year category planning with savings targets and timelines.
• Leverage a centralized COE to deliver sourcing events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Support negotiation strategies, supplier positioning, and contract structures to realize value.
• Own category-level performance, establish KPIs, and communicate results to clients.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and coordinate with procurement, finance, and legal teams.
