Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of training or experience required.
• 5+ years managing Property Claims team(s) required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial and farm claim related issues and policy coverage contracts.

Responsibilities

• Directs coverage, liability, and damage investigations and determinations.
• Provides leadership and technical advice to claims professionals.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Executes supervisory duties: hiring, coaching, training, and performance appraisals.
• Leads initiatives to improve efficiency and implements technologies including AI.
