Cromos Pharma LTD in the USA or Europe seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead the Project Management team, ensuring timely delivery of clinical trials within budget. You will mentor PM staff, align with PM/CPM/PSS, and drive KPIs while maintaining ICH-GCP compliance and regulatory standards.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research.
• Extensive clinical project management experience, with at least 6 years of clinical project management experience.
• Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP(R2), data and patient privacy practices, and applicable (local) regulatory requirements.
• Financial and business acumen, administrative excellence and analytical skills.
• Minimum four years of direct line management experience.
• Preference for candidates with demonstrated program management skills.

• Conducts Performance review of the assigned staff. Contributes to the process improvement initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main responsibilities:

• optimization and SOP revision.
• When required, Serves as Project or Program Director (PD) responsible for overall quality and management of the delivery clinical trial projects and programs.
• Serves as line manager to CPM/PM and PSS
• Oversees budgets and ensures correct financial forecasting, planning, invoicing and timely implementation of out of scope activities
• Balances multiple competing priorities, with effective and efficient resource utilization across projects and programs
• Contributes to other areas of Cromos business as required

You have:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
