A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects within their Project Management Office (PMO). The role involves strategic planning, managing implementation processes, and ensuring adherence to project management standards. Ideal candidates will have extensive project management experience, preferably in healthcare, and hold relevant degrees and certifications. Develop and maintain a Project Management Office (PMO). Responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of multiple projects to support business objectives through project planning and implementation. Responsible for project management methodology and standard reporting.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 7+ years of project management experience, including government programs, healthcare, or related experience in multiple operational areas. Proficiency with MS-Project or other project management software and MS-Office applications. Previous management experience including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing staff performance.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and healthcare certification are highly preferred.
Pay Range: $116,100.00 - $214,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors. Total compensation may include additional incentives.
