Job Description

As an Agile Lead, you will be responsible for creating and growing productive, self-organizing teams. You will spearhead the development and enhancement of Agile methodologies and partner with product colleagues to ensure value is added.

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio, you will be part of the Product & Technology Team, working with the Product Lead to ensure a value-driven backlog is prioritized and continuously evaluated and validated.

What you will do

• Ensure all team Agile ceremonies are conducted and facilitated to a high standard.
• Support the team in creating robust, realistic, and achievable plans.
• Encourage the team to work collectively towards sprint goals and targets.
• Drive value and optimize team performance.
• Facilitate the identification, mitigation, and resolution of risks and impediments that could impact the team’s success.
• Introduce and manage metrics that monitor team performance, health, and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate effective retrospectives to gather open and honest feedback that drives continuous improvement.
• Ensure quality team data is available to track progress versus plans and address issues promptly.
• Utilize coaching and mentoring to empower teams to take ownership and become self-organizing.
• Embrace change and challenges, adapting as guided by Agile values and principles.
• Foster effective collaboration and clear communication driven by an Agile mindset.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Skilled in sprint events and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Program Increment Planning and problem-solving.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and risk management.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in OKR strategy and Agile development.
• Advanced in KPI/metric monitoring.
• Experience with microservices and SOA.
• Awareness of security best practices (OWASP).
